You are invited to apply to join our vibrant community Co-op! With your application, you’ll gain access to all upcoming Markets and be the first to receive VIP notice to sign up. You are also joining a supportive network Co-op, where we connect with new like minded people online and in person. 

At our Markets you will have the opportunity to showcase your unique products or services. This isn’t just an application—it’s your gateway to growth, visibility, and meaningful connections in the Casa de Luz community through our Holistic Co-op. Step into a space where your gifts can truly shine!

La Lighthouse Holistic Co-Op Market Expectations

Please send in your $10 La Lighthouse Market Fee upon VIP application.

The $10.00 donation is required to process all applications. This allows you to get on the VIP email list, pre-qualified and invited, before we post the sign up invitation on any public platforms for all upcoming La Lighthouse Markets and Events. This fee goes toward Team La Lighthouse for the admin tasks required to host such an event.

By applying, you are agreeing to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth.

TIME:

All Markets are from 11:11am to 4:44pm. 

Setup is 9:00-11:00am

Tear down is to be completed by 6:00pm. 

Vendor Fee per market date: 

 $40 for 10ft by 10ft booth space. 

Reader Tables are $25 and are a 6’ empty space.

Application fees are non-refundable. 

This is an application to be included in the upcoming La Lighthouse Markets vendor call email list. This is a required digital purchase, as a donation to the non profit. After submission of this form, please checkout and pay your $10. You must send in the $10 immediately so that your application is approved.

Who May Apply:

All applicants must be a small business owner who offers unique items.

 

Application Expectations:

Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. Only one (1) application is required for the season. Incomplete applications are automatically rejected from consideration. 

Event Vibe:

These are curated events with a specific theme. COME DRESSED IN YOUR HIGHEST SELF:

Faeries, Mermaids and Mermen, Dragons, Queens and Kings (Princesses and Princes, Gods and Goddesses, Priests and Priestesses, Unicorns and Gnomes all welcome!

The markets feature those who sell products and offer services that are related to Holistic Wellness, Conscious Art and Music, Metaphysical Items, and Magick. We focus on selecting original artists and herbalists, not wholesale or vintage goods. 

Please do not apply if your products are not related to the La Lighthouse Holistic Co-Op, Wellness or Healing Arts. All people attending will be mindful of Zen theme and vibe of Casa de Luz Village.

After your app is submitted:

Look for an email from Aiylah Valkyrie Water Wealth Goddess, please check your spam and promotions folder.

We will send out emails with further details that includes the link to the Upcoming Market and Vendor, Practitioner, Musician/DJ and Keynote Speaker applications. If our non profit has any additional questions about your application you will receive an email.  

Market  applications for next events will be sent after you are on the VIP list!

Location of Village Market Faire: 

Casa de Luz Village

1701 Toomey Road, Austin, TX 78704

We utilize the entire campus of Casa, front lawn, side courtyard, main courtyard, back deck and Auditorium. 

The map is available after the application is approved and all vendor spots are filled in. Applicants may not choose their spot. La Lighthouse is curating the event meticulously, and placing people where they are a best fit for the overall theme and success. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO MOVE YOUR SPOT. 

Booth and table spots are available first come, first paid, first assigned. After all spots are sold then a vendor map will be sent out, no later than one week before the event date.

Tables are reserved for Divination Arts only such as readers, Tarot, and such.

Merchant Vendors and Service Practitioners must have a 10x10 booth.

Keynote Speakers and Musicians/DJs:

Applying with the  $10 fee gets you on the list.
